Once a license has been purchased all incremental upgrades to that product are free. An incremental upgrade is defined as any minor or build number change in the product version information. Major version changes may be classified as new versions of a product and may be subject to a separate license being purchased.

When a new version of any product is released it is available immediately to existing customers via email.

Typically a new release of the freely downloadable evaluation release and "free software" build is made available at the same time as a general new release.
